Application
This series can be used in the circuit of rated voltage up to 690V, AC 50Hz(or 60Hz), and conventional free air heating current up to 630A. It is applicable for distribution circuit of high short-circuit current and motor circuit, serving for power switch, isolating
switch, emergency switch as well as circuit protector. Generally, it can not be used for directly switching of single motor and is for use indoors. Normal Working Conditions

1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40→, The average value shall not exceed +35→ within 24 hours, The lower-limit of ambient air temperature is -5→.
2. Generally, height above sea level shall not exceed 2000m. For higher height above sea level, consult with manufacturer.
3. When at max. temperature of +40→, relative air humidity shall not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity such as 90% at the temperature of 20→, is allowed under lower temperature. Special measure shall be taken against occasional condensation caused by temp. change.
4. Pollution grade: pollution grade of ambient environment of switch is 3.
5. Switch shall be vertically installed in a place without obvious vibration or impact vibration. |
Structural Features
This switch is composed of two parts: base and switch cover. The base is mounted with contact and arc-extinguishing system. The fuse body is mounted on the switch cover, directly serving for moving contact blade. The base and switch cover are made of plastic through pressing.Therefore, it is of small volume, light weight and beautiful outline, etc.

Notice for Order
When ordering HR6 series fuse type isolating switch, the user shall specify the following
contents:
Description, model, conventional free air heating current, number of poles, whether with fuse body or inching switch, rated current of applicable fuse body(if not, assemble according to conventional free air heating current)and quantity of switches,etc.e.g.HR6-160/311 with 10 fuse of 100A.
